How can I transfer my ticket to another person?

You can transfer your ticket to another person only if:

  • The event supports the ticket transfer feature

  • The ticket is a dynamic ticket (not all tickets qualify)

💡 Tip: contact us before trying to transfer to check availability.


Steps to Transfer a Ticket:

  1. Log in to your Platinumlist account and go to "My Tickets"

  2. Select the order you want to transfer

  3. Click "Transfer"

  4. Enter the recipient's registered email address

  5. (Optional) Add a message

  6. Submit the request — the recipient will get an email to accept the ticket


📨 What Will the Recipient See?

They’ll get an email with an invitation link. Once they accept it, the ticket will move to their Platinumlist account under “My Tickets.”


Want to Cancel the Transfer?

If the other person hasn’t accepted yet, you can cancel it anytime by clicking "Cancel Transfer" on the same screen.
