How can I access and manage my event tickets on Platinumlist?

Platinumlist provides multiple ways to access and manage your event tickets. Below, we outline the key methods and policies for ticket delivery, retrieval, and updates.

Accessing Tickets via the Platinumlist App

The primary method for accessing your tickets is through the Platinumlist mobile app. Tickets are linked to the email address used during the booking process. Follow these steps to access your tickets:

  1. Download the Platinumlist app from your device's app store.

  2. Log in using the email address associated with your booking.

  3. Navigate to the "My Tickets" section to view your tickets.

Dynamic QR codes are used for ticket security and are only accessible within the app. These codes are scanned at the event venue for entry. Tickets with dynamic QR codes cannot be sent via email, WhatsApp, or other methods.

Email Delivery Policies

Tickets are typically sent to the registered email address used during the booking process. Here are some key points to note:

  • PDF tickets, if applicable, are delivered to your registered email address. Check your inbox, spam folder, or email filters if you cannot locate them.

  • Dynamic tickets are not sent as PDFs and must be accessed through the app.

  • Tickets are automatically sent up to 48 hours before the event. No additional action is required.

Updating Email Addresses

If you need to update the email address associated with your booking, follow these guidelines:

  • Tickets can be resent to a new email address if the original email is incorrect or inaccessible. The new email must not already be registered on the platform.

  • For Apple Pay users, log in with the iCloud email used during the purchase. If needed, update your Platinumlist account email and log back in to access your tickets.

  • Email address changes for ticket delivery can only be processed 24 hours before the event.

Sharing or Transferring Tickets

To share or transfer tickets to another person, use the Platinumlist app:

  1. Open the app and navigate to your tickets.

  2. Initiate a ticket transfer to the recipient’s registered email address.

  3. The recipient must accept the transfer invitation in the app.

  4. Once accepted, the recipient can access the ticket in their app.

Note: Non-transferable tickets cannot be shared or resent to a different email address. The original ticket holder must present their ID at the event.

Alternative Delivery Methods

Platinumlist does not support ticket delivery via WhatsApp, SMS, or chat. Tickets must be accessed through the app or sent to the registered email address. For further assistance, contact Platinumlist support through the app or website.
