Ticket Transfer allows you to send your ticket from your account to someone else’s — but only if the event supports this feature and the ticket is a dynamic ticket.
Not all events offer ticket transfer, so it’s always best to check the event page or reach out to us before trying.
✅ How to Transfer a Ticket:
Go to “My Tickets” in your Platinumlist account.
Select the order you wish to transfer, then tap “Transfer”.
Enter the email address of the person you're transferring the ticket to (they must have a registered Platinumlist account).
You can also add a personal message if you'd like.
Once submitted, the recipient will receive an email to accept the ticket.
🔄 How Will the Other Person Accept the Transfer?
They’ll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once they confirm, the ticket will be moved to their Platinumlist account under "My Tickets."
