Once your ticket is sold and the event has ended, you can request your payout directly through the Platinumlist app.
Here’s how to get your money:
Open the Platinumlist app.
Go to the "Resale" section under My Tickets.
Find the event and click “Withdraw Request”.
Enter your:
Bank account details
Billing address
National Residence ID
💡 Important Notes:
You must reside in the country where the event took place.
Your bank account should be local to that country.
Funds are transferred in the event’s currency.
What should I do if I don’t have a local bank account?
If you do not have a local bank account, or if you provided a local bank account that belongs to a family member or friend, this is considered a special case.
In such situations:
You will need to contact our support team.
These cases require assistance from the concerned team.
Approval is required before the funds can be withdrawn.
