What if the recipient didn’t receive the transferred ticket?

If the person you sent the ticket to hasn't received it, don’t worry — here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check the email address:
    Make sure the email you entered is the same one registered with Platinumlist.

  2. Everything looks correct, but still no ticket?
    Please reach out to us and provide a screen recording showing the issue.
