If you’re having trouble finding your tickets, it’s likely because you purchased them using a Guest account on PlatinumList.
Tickets only appear in PlatinumList User accounts.
Since you bought your tickets as a Guest, they won’t show up in the app. But don’t worry—this doesn’t affect your tickets at all!
To ensure all your future tickets show up in the app, we recommend creating a PlatinumList User account.
For your current purchase, your tickets will still be sent to your email regardless of whether you used a Guest or User account.
