📬 Types of Ticket Delivery
PDF Tickets (Email Delivery) You’ll receive your ticket(s) as PDF files sent to your registered email address. You can download and print them or present them from your phone.
Dynamic Tickets (App Only) Some events use dynamic tickets — these will appear only in your Platinumlist app under the “My Tickets” section. You’ll just need to show the QR code at the venue. PDF versions won’t be sent for these events. Dynamic tickets use QR codes that refresh periodically for security reasons, ensuring safe and secure access to events.
📌 What to Expect After Booking
Tickets are usually shared 24 to 48 hours before the event.
In some cases, tickets may be available right after purchase.
Please check your email inbox — and don’t forget to look in spam or junk folders too.- Ensure you are logged into the Platinumlist app with the correct email address to access your tickets.- In some cases, tickets may also be sent via WhatsApp, so check your messages there as well.

Steps to Access Tickets in the Platinumlist App
Download the Platinumlist app from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in using the email address you used during booking.
Navigate to the "My Tickets" section to view your tickets.
At the event, present the QR code in the app for scanning.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
I didn’t receive my tickets via email: Check your spam/junk folders and ensure you are logged into the app with the correct email address.
I need a PDF version of my ticket: If your event uses dynamic QR codes, PDF versions are not available. Use the app to access your tickets.
I want to share my tickets with someone else: Use the ticket transfer feature in the app if available. This ensures secure transfer without requiring a PDF.
🤝 Sharing Tickets:
You can share your PDF tickets only with friends or family. They will need the original Emirates ID or passport along with the tickets.
If you're going together, that's perfect. If not, just share your ID with the person attending on your behalf.
