Please be advised of the following information regarding your tickets:
1- Tickets will be delivered in the form of PDF files to the email address associated with your account.
2- For some events, the tickets are Dynamic, this means you will only have it in your application, in the “My Tickets” sections. In this case, you only need to show the QR code from your phone and you won’t be receiving a PDF in your email.
3- Depending on the event, tickets will typically be sent 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. In some cases, tickets may be received simultaneously.
4- We kindly remind you to thoroughly check your email inbox, including any spam or junk folders, for the delivery of your tickets.
5- Upon receipt of the tickets, you may choose to either download and print them for your convenience, or retain the electronic version on your mobile device or Platinumlist application
