Can’t find your Tickets? Here’s What to Check!

If you’re having trouble finding your tickets, it might be because you’re logged into the wrong PlatinumList account.

To view your tickets, make sure you’re logged in with the PlatinumList account you used to purchase them.

If you’re using a different account, your tickets won’t appear.
