Can't find tickets after logging in?

No worries — if your ticket isn’t showing up, try these quick steps:


1️⃣ Check Your Confirmation Email

Look for an email from notifications@platinumlist.net — that’s where your ticket PDF would be sent after purchase.
Can’t see it? Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you’re checking the same email you used to make the purchase.
Still not there? Reach out — we’re happy to help!


2️⃣ Check Your Account in the App

Log in to the Platinumlist app using the same method you used to purchase (Email, Google, or Apple ID).
Then head to the “My Tickets” section — you’ll find your tickets there.
