1️⃣ Check Your Confirmation Email
Your ticket PDF is sent from notifications@platinumlist.net after purchase.
Check spam or junk folders
Make sure you’re using the same email used for the purchase
2️⃣ Check the Platinumlist App
Log in using the same method used during purchase (Email, Google, or Apple ID).
Go to “My Tickets” to view your tickets.
