Can’t Find Tickets Due to Booking with a Guest Account

If you’re having trouble finding your tickets, it’s likely that you purchased them using a guest account on Platinumlist.

Tickets only appear in registered user accounts on Platinumlist.

Since you purchased your tickets as a guest, they won’t appear in the app. But don’t worry — this doesn’t affect your tickets at all!

To ensure that all your future tickets appear in the app, we recommend creating a user account on Platinumlist.

For your current purchase, the tickets will be sent to your email regardless of whether you used a guest account or a registered account.
