What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

If an event you booked is canceled or rescheduled, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

As soon as the event organizer confirms any changes, you will receive an official announcement from Platinumlist by email.


📩 What Happens Next?

  • If the event is canceled, the message will include the refund process and what you need to do (if anything).

  • If the event is rescheduled, the update will confirm the new date and let you know if your ticket is still valid or if you have refund options.
