What if My Order Failed but the Payment Was Deducted?

If you notice that the payment has been deducted, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Kindly include the payment transaction details, such as a screenshot of the deduction.

We kindly ask for your patience and give us 48 working hours to coordinate with the relevant department and provide you with an update or solution.
