If you’ve paid for the refund guarantee service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
✅ The event or attraction is completely cancelled
✅ You face an emergency such as:
• Intensive care confinement
• Car accident
• Childbirth
• Serious injury requiring hospitalization
📌 Important Things to Know:
1. Submission of refund requests must be within 3 days of the event.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days after the event.
3. Tickets must still be valid. Used or scanned tickets are nonrefundable.
4. Copies of official certificates, identification, and proof of the claimed reason must be provided.
5. Except for cancelled events or attractions, refunds are limited to USD 600 per order/transaction.
6. Only tickets covered by supporting documents can be refunded.
7. The refund guarantee service fee is non-refundable.
8. Other than the reasons listed above, refunds are not permitted.
