What Is The Refund Guarantee Fees?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to offer you peace of mind with our Refund Guarantee Service.

We want to make sure that you have a positive experience with us, and we are here to help in any way we can.

If you have paid the refund guarantee fees, you can rest assured that you are covered in the following situations:

  • If the event or attraction is cancelled entirely.

  • If your flight is cancelled or altered by the airline before the event date.

  • In case of emergencies such as intensive care confinement, car accidents, childbirth, or serious injuries requiring hospitalization.

We want to make sure that you are aware of some important notes regarding our refund guarantee service:

  1. Please submit your refund request within 3 days after the event.

  2. We will process your refund within 7-15 working days after the event.

  3. Please note that only valid tickets can be refunded. Used or scanned tickets are nonrefundable.

  4. In order to process your refund, we kindly ask that you provide us with copies of official certificates, identification, and proof of the claimed reason.

  5. Please note that refunds are limited to USD 600 per order/transaction, except for cancelled events or attractions.

  6. Only tickets covered by supporting documents can be refunded.

  7. Please note that the refund guarantee service fee is non-refundable.

  8. Other than the reasons listed above, refunds are not permitted.
