If you need to cancel your ticket, we do have provisions for certain circumstances.

If you have paid the refund guarantee fees, you can rest assured that you are covered in the following situations:

  • If the event or attraction is canceled entirely.

  • If your flight is canceled or altered by the airline before the event date.

  • In case of emergencies such as intensive care confinement, car accidents, childbirth, or serious injuries requiring hospitalization.

If your situation aligns with any of the scenarios above, please send the relevant supporting documents to helpcenter@platinumlist.net within 24 hours after the event date, along with your order number.
