Tickets purchased through Platinumlist are usually final:

  • ❌ Non-changeable

That’s why it’s important to double-check all details before confirming your purchase.


⚠️ When Exceptions Are Possible

In some cases, you can modify your booking — but only by following a specific process:

✅ Step 1: Buy a New Ticket

You must purchase a new ticket that meets all of these conditions:

  • Same price category or higher

  • Same number of tickets or more

  • Purchased from the same account

  • ❌ No downgrades (lower price or fewer tickets)


📩 Step 2: Contact Support

  • Share your new order number with the support team

  • This must be done within 24 hours of your original request

  • Your original ticket will be refunded

  • Refund goes to your original payment method
