You must purchase a new ticket that meets all of these conditions:
Same price category or higher
Same number of tickets or more
Purchased from the same account
❌ No downgrades (lower price or fewer tickets)

Share your new order number with the support team
This must be done within 24 hours of your original request
💰 Step 3: Get Your Refund
Your original ticket will be refunded
Processing time: 7–14 working days
Refund goes to your original payment method
