Overview of the Platinumlist Wallet
The Platinumlist Wallet is a secure digital balance that allows users to store and manage funds within the platform. It can be used for receiving refunds and purchasing tickets, including special offers available only for Wallet users.

Important:
Each wallet operates in a single currency.
Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn to external bank accounts.
Funds in your Wallet can only be used for purchases on Platinumlist and cannot be transferred externally.
How to Access Your Wallet
The wallet is available only through the Platinumlist mobile app via the navigation bar or by tapping your wallet balance in the top bar.
Steps to Access Your Wallet:
Open the Platinumlist App.
Log in using your registered email or social login.
Navigate to the Wallet section in your profile.
On the web version, users can view their balance and access a link to manage their wallet in the app.
Adding and Managing Funds
How to Top Up Your Wallet
Go to the Wallet section in the Platinumlist app.
Click Top Up Wallet.
Choose a preset amount or enter a custom value.
Select a saved payment method or add a new one.
Confirm the transaction.
💳 Accepted Payment Methods: Debit or credit card, Apple Pay.
🔒 Security Note: All transactions are securely processed with encryption and fraud protection.
Managing Bank Cards
Adding a Card: Users must provide a valid card number, expiration date, CVV, and cardholder name.
Removing a Card: Users can delete saved cards at any time, but a confirmation step is required to prevent accidental removal.
🚨 Failed Transactions: If a top-up fails, check your card details, try a different payment method, or contact support.
Using Your Wallet Balance
How to Pay with Wallet Funds
Proceed to checkout as usual.
Select your primary payment method.
Select Pay with Wallet.
Confirm the payment.
Notes:
If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the selected ticket, the entire wallet balance will be used, and the remaining amount will be charged from your primary payment method.
If your wallet currency differs from the event currency, exchange rates will apply.
Saved bank cards will still be available for payments if needed.
Refunds
How Refunds Work
If you request a refund, the amount will be credited to your wallet.
To check your refund status:
Open the Wallet section.
Go to Transaction History.
Look for refund entries with the relevant order details.
