Ticket Refund Documentation Requirements

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, and you may need to request a refund for your tickets. Refunds are possible in certain cases, provided the request meets our requirements below.


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Tickets must be unused – once a ticket is scanned or used, it cannot be refunded.

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days after the event.

  • Valid reasons include emergencies such as:

    • Serious medical issues or hospitalization

    • Childbirth or intensive care confinement

    • Major accidents or unexpected emergencies

    • Event-related issues (rare cases handled individually)


Required Documents

The documents you’ll need depend on the reason for your refund request:

1. General Refund Requests

  • Official certificates relevant to your case

  • Name on the certificate must match the purchaser account ( otherwise we cannot guarantee refund )

  • A written explanation of why you’re requesting the refund

2. Medical Reasons

  • Valid medical certificate or hospital records confirming you couldn’t attend

3. Emergency Situations

  • Supporting documents (e.g., accident report, airline cancellation proof, or death certificate)

  • Please note: not all emergency circumstances are guaranteed for approval only the mentioned in the terms and conditions before paying, but we will review your case carefully.


What You Must Include in Every Request

  • Order number

  • Written explanation of your refund request

  • Clear, legible documents showing the purchaser’s name and date (blurry files may cause delays or rejection)


How to Submit Your Refund Request

  1. Collect all the required documents.

  2. Make sure you submit them within 3 days of the event date.
