What to Do If You Can’t Attend Your Event

We know sometimes plans change, and you may not be able to attend your event. If you’ve requested a refund, here are the possible solutions depending on your ticket type and purchase:

1. Resale

  • You can check if resale is available for your event.

  • If open, you can list your tickets for resale.

  • Please note: resale does not guarantee your tickets will be sold.

2. Transfer

  • Some events allow ticket transfers.

  • This feature lets you send your ticket to another person directly through the app.

  • If available, the transfer button will appear as shown in the picture below.

3. PDF Tickets

  • If your ticket is issued in PDF format, you may contact our support team to check the ID entry requirements to see if a soft copy of the ID is enough for entry or the leader purchaser needs to attend.

  • The customer support team will confirm if you can share the ticket with someone you trust.

4. Refund Guarantee

If you purchased the Refund Guarantee, you may apply for a refund under the following circumstances:

The Refund Guarantee offers full or partial refunds in specific cases, including the full cancellation of the event or attraction, or serious emergencies such as intensive care admission, car accidents, childbirth, severe injuries requiring hospitalisation, or the death or serious illness of a direct family member (spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling).

Important notes:

1- Refund requests are accepted from 7 days before to 3 days after the event (unless stated otherwise). Please note that specific timelines may apply to individual events and attractions.

2- Processing time: up to 21 working days after submission of valid proof (e.g., ID, medical certificate, police report).

3- Refunds apply to the ticket price only — service fees, add-ons, and the Refund Guarantee fee are non-refundable.

4- Maximum refund: USD 600 per order, except for officially cancelled events.

5- Used, scanned, or expired tickets are not refundable.

6- Refunds are credited to your Wallet for future use.
