Why did my order fail?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a payment doesn’t go through.

Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them 👇

🔍 Common Reasons:

  • Not enough funds or limit reached

  • Wrong card number, expiry date, or CVV

  • Card not enabled for online or international payments

  • Card expired, blocked, or frozen

  • Billing address doesn’t match bank records

  • Bank declined for security or fraud reasons

  • OTP / 3-D Secure not completed

  • Page refreshed or closed before payment finished


✅ Try These Quick Fixes:

  • Double-check your card details and balance

  • Make sure your card allows online use

  • Try another card or switch to Apple Pay

  • Change the currency (e.g. AED ↔️ EUR ↔️ USD)

  • Wait a few minutes before retrying if you’ve had multiple declines

  • Keep the browser open until confirmation appears


🌍 Extra Tips

  • GCC cards: choose your local currency (AED / SAR / BHD / OMR / QAR)

  • EU cards: pay in EUR or use Apple Pay for smoother checkout
