1. Open Platinumlist Control Access (Ticketman) from your iphone

2. Load the Event

3. On the right side of the word SCAN on top of the screen, Click the 3 parallel Lines

4. Then Click on the "Statistics"

5. Another window will appear

My statistics - Refer to the iphone that is being used

Tickets Scanned - Number of Actual tickets Scanned

Unique Tickets Scanned - Number of Actual Barcode Tickets Scanned

Reverse Validation - Number of Tickets Scanned and Reversed.

Event Statistics - Sum of the Scanned tickets from Different Iphones being used at the event
