Tracking links enables you to track ticket sales from any campaign, platform or ad. Simply use these as your call-to-action links whenever you are performing any campaign.

Go to your event page and click on Manage Tickets.

You will see the event’s ticket sales, statistics and other features. From this page, please click on Tracking.

Click on Add New Tracking Link and simply supply the following information: 

Link name - used to identify or to name the link you're creating. Examples: Facebook Ad, Email Campaign 1, Instagram Story 1

Source - used to identify source such as Email, SMS, Banner, etc.

Medium - used to identify mediums such as cost-per-click or cpc.

Campaign - used to identify a specific campaign. Example: spring_sale

You can track your links' performance from your Organiser Dashboard's Statistics Page. Here's how to access it.
