Unfortunately our fraud prevention system declines North and South American cards due to many previous occurrences of fraud. If your card has been declined due to this reason there is still a way to buy tickets. Here are some of the options you have. 

If the paypal payment option is available we suggest to pay using paypal. Make sure you use same email to register on Platinumlist as on paypal. 

Alternatively you can buy tickets at any of the outlets with cash.
Or you can contact our support on in the right bottom corner and pay by bank transfer. Note that bank transfers take at least 3-5 working days. 

If all fails please let our support know and we will find a way to get your tickets.
