1. Go to www.platinumlist.net
2. Log in to your account
3. Go to your event page.
4. Under the date selection in the right side you will find “Manage Tickets” button.
5. Click “Manage Tickets” button.
6. Now select “Customers”.
7. You will find:
NAME – the name of the customer
PURCHASED AT - date of purchased
TICKET # – is the ticket number of the customer
ENTRY STATUS – Shows the Validity of the Tickets purchased (VALID, REFUNDED, INVALID)
AMOUNT - Total amount of the tickets purchased in AED
ORDER – the Order number of the tickets
