Your convenience is highly important to us. Whether it is your first time to book your tickets with us, or you just want be reminded of the procedure, below are very simple steps on how to purchase your tickets online:

Step 1. Go to

Step 2. If you are a first time visitor, you will be directed to the Global Page. Please select the city where the event is happening.

Step 3. Log on to your Platinumlist account. Don't have account yet? Click here to see how to make one!

Step 4. On the search bar, key in the name of the event or experience you wish to go to, then select it. (Bonus tip #1: You can also scroll through the event guide if you cannot see the event by name)

Step 5. Once you are on the event page, click on "Buy Tickets"

Step 6. Select the ticket type and the number of tickets

Step 7. Scroll down and click "Check Out" 

Step 8. Select a payment method. (Bonus tip #2: For credit/debit card users, you will be required to enter your card details)

Step 9. Read and tick the "Refund Guarantee" option if you think it might help you then click on "Pay Securely".

Step 10. Complete the card verification required by your bank. Once the payment is accepted, you can now download or check your tickets on your email. (Bonus tip #3: Learn how to print/view your tickets here)
