How do I reset my password?

Help! I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Fear not. If ever you have forgotten your password, we have got you covered. Here are a few simple steps you can do to reset your password on Platinumlist.

Resetting Password

1. Log on to your Platinumlist account.
2. Once you are asked to type in your password, click on "Recover It".
3. Tick "I am not a robot" and follow the next instructions, then click "Send".
4.  Instructions will be sent to your registered email address, follow the link provided to create your new password.
5. Create your new password then click "Save".
