I want to see my tickets. What should I do?
Every ticket purchased is automatically sent to your registered email address. But if, for some reason, you need to browse your tickets but are having problems with your email account, here is an easy way to access all your tickets in one place.
Viewing, Printing and Downloading Tickets
Once you are logged in to your Platinumlist account, click your profile icon on the right hand corner of the screen.
This is the place where you will see all the tickets you have purchased. Click "View Tickets" next to the event you wish to access your tickets to.
You can download, save or print as you like (Bonus tip: You can also add your tickets to your Apple Wallet)
