Ticket resale is prohibited by UAE law.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised re-selling platforms such as Viagogo and Online Ticket Shop and others will not be admitted to the event. Re-selling of tickets by unauthorised ticketing vendors in the U.A.E. is strictly prohibited and is subject to fines under the country’s e-Permit and e-ticketing regulations.
Also resale of tickets is not authorised by the event organsiers.
Tickets bought from resellers are often fake or have been resold multiple times.

All tickets are named so no one other than the buyer and the owner of the card used to make the purchase will be able to enter the event. If you find yourself in such situation we advise the following.
1. ASK FOR A REFUND FROM THE RESELLER
Try to get in touch with the reseller for a refund. They often process refunds if requested.
2. FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK
If the re-seller is refusing to refund, contact your bank and ask how to file a dispute against the charge made on your card. Note that you have the right to get the money back if the service or a good was not delivered. In this case the ticket provided was invalid or fake. Unfortunately banks often make difficult procedures to dispute the transaction, be persistent because you have the full right to get your money back.
Note that after 3 months from the date of the transaction you might not be able to dispute it anymore.
Each bank has its own procedures but typical they will require the following
Copy of the ticket
Confirmation email from the reseller
Proof that you were refused entry. This could be a simple email communication from Platinumlist or this article.
