The Jebel Jais Flight is the world’s longest zipline certified by Guinness World Records owned by Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah, set in the Jebel Jais mountains and measuring 2.8 KM and travelling at an average of 160 KM per hour.
When is The Jebel Jais Flight experience open?
The Jebel Jais Flight is is available 7 days a week, operating from 9am to 5pm everyday. Timings are subject to change, depending on the season, the weather and public holidays. If there is a need to close the ride for any reason, it will be communicated through Toroverde UAE's social media accounts: Facebook and Instagram

A single ride down the line is AED 682.50, inclusive of VAT.
Who can ride The Jebel Jais Flight?
There is no age restriction. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date. You must be a minimum height of 122 cm, weight 45-130 kg, and in a good medical condition. Make sure you read the Terms and Conditions to see all the requirements to ride.
How do we get to Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah, is there a shuttle bus?
The Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah meeting and check-in point is at the parking lot located in the Jebel Jais mountains. There is no shuttle bus to the Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah by the company but there will be some exciting news soon. There is also plenty of parking available for you. Is The Jebel Jais Flight safe?
The Jebel Jais Flight is built and operated by highly qualified and globally certified teams. The Toroverde team carries out daily testing and regular maintenance of the zipline, making sure safety comes always first.
How many can ride at a time?
The Jebel Jais Flight is a double line experience, which means 2 people can ride next to each other at the same time. 1 person per line.
How fast will I go?
You will travel at an average speed of 160km/h.
How high is the launching platform?
The launching platform is located at top of one of the Jebel Jais mountains and is 1,680m above sea level.
What type of harness do you use?
We use superman style, which means you’re lying belly-down giving you a thrilling flight-like experience.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes and no skirts, dresses, flip flops or any loose footwear. Hair should be tied up, and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets and superhero capes should be left at home. Also, please respect the local UAE culture and dress modestly.
Can I ride The Jebel Jais Flight in my national dress?
Unfortunately no. For additional comfort, sportswear is highly recommended.
Can friends and family watch my Jebel Jais Flight ride?
Yes, of course! Friends and family will get the best views from the Welcome Center terrace. Please note, Jebel Jais Flight riders ONLY are allowed onto the shuttle and the launching platform.
How long does the experience last?
The entire experience lasts for approximately 90 minutes, from registering at the Welcome Center until you complete the zipline ride.
Are there lockers available to store my belongings?
Small lockers are available to store small items such as handbags, wallets, keys and mobile phones. There is no locker space for shopping bags, luggage etc. Storage is limited, so please empty your locker after completing your ride.
Can I bring my phone or my own camera with me on the ride?
For safety reasons, all your personal belongings must remain in the lockers provided or with your family or friends. However, you can bring your phone during the ride but not while you are flying. You can store your mobile phone and small items (cameras, etc…) in the pocket of the superman harness. We also provide the GoPro rental service (AED 129 + VAT), or you can bring your own GoPro.
Can I get photos and/or video footage of my Jebel Jais Flight experience?
Yes! A GoPro camera mount will be attached to your helmet throughout the experience. If you rent a GoPro you will receive the SD card and USB convertor once you complete your ride. Also, all photos at the Welcome Center will be sent to the email you used to register.
